
Cancellation Policy

We know that plans can change. Here's how we handle cancellations to keep things fair for everyone, including our guides and hosts.
Cancellations by the Customer
Cancel more than 24 hours before the tour start time: You’ll receive a full refund, minus any payment processing or bank transfer fees.
Cancel less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund will be issued, as we begin preparing your tour the day before, confirming meals, guides, and other arrangements.
For bookings made with assistance from our team (ones where we send you a payment link):
For last-minute bookings, payment must be completed within 1 hour of receiving the confirmation email and payment link.
For regular bookings, payment must be received at least 24 hours before the tour.
If we do not receive payment in time, we will consider the booking cancelled, and no tour arrangements will be made.
For bookings via a Travel Agent or online travel website (such as Get Your Guide)
If you booked and paid through another partner, please check their cancellation policies as those will also apply.
How to Cancel
The fastest way to cancel is to inform us by WhatsApp. Click the WhatsApp button on our website and send us a message with your booking confirmation number.
You can also email us at jiranileo.booking@gmail.com with your cancellation request and booking details.
We use the timestamp of your WhatsApp message or email to determine when the cancellation was made and which refund terms apply.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to:
Host or guide illness or emergency
Environmental issues outside our control, such as government actions, civil disturbances, disease outbreaks, or severe weather.
Operational issues outside our control
If we cancel your tour, you’ll receive:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule to another date (subject to availability)
